Decosta sang backing on Adele’s ‘Skyfall’ for Adele at the BBC, Played Guitar for Beverly knight (Let it Shine) & The Rat Pack (Britain’s got Talent) as well as supporting Naturally 7 (100 Wardour St) Texas (Carfest), Martha Reeves & The Vandellas (ULU London), Mica Paris, Jazmine Sulivan (Jazz Cafe) and sang and remixed the great Bill Withers ‘Lovely Day’ for the Haven Holidays 2015/16 TV ad Campaign.
“Electrick Soul is a timeless-sounding piece of summery optimism and outrageous chops that throws winks at Parliament, Prince, D’angelo and Michael Jackson”★★★★☆ MOJO“A love letter to 70’s-style funk & soul complete with chattering guitar rhythms, intricate brass arrangements & Decosta’s dipping, swooping falsetto”★★★★☆ Sunday Express“He is a natural storyteller and relaxed showman. By the time his band had finished their second set, he had encouraged his audience to dance amid the tables and chairs”★★★★☆ The Times (Pizza Express Live review)
